Lilly made the decision to construct a larger scale continuous manufacturing facility at Kinsale. This facility is designed to again break engineering, scientific and information technology boundaries in terms of how it operates. The first production of a new type of active pharmaceutical ingredient was completed in this facility in 2022. I am proud to have been involved in the installation and welding of High Purity tubing during this essential build.

Regeneron’s state-of-the-art Industrial Operations and Product Supply facility in Limerick is the largest bulk biologics production facility in Ireland. I had the pleasure of suppling equipment for Orbital welding, welders and fitters for the installation of pipes on this well organised project.

Confidential site, Leixlip, Co. Kildare
This large scale fab development in Leixlip will vastly improve its manufacturing capacity in Ireland. We are working on tool Instal for our client, which includes supplying our own highly skilled and qualified fitters and welders whilst supplying the equipment to complete all works conducted by MSF Engineering on this extraordinary project.

We have been availing of the services of MSF engineering for the past 8 months, for High Purity Tubing install and Orbital welding.
MSF engineering continually meet all schedules, and provide a “right first time” install. Highly recommend the MSF team on the ground.
